Scuba diving courses & trips might be cancel or rescheduled because of the weather that are not suitable for our activity, for example, high waves, strong current and wind. Dive sites are chosen every day dependent on weather and ocean conditions, your security and the wellbeing of our staff is fundamental for us. On the off chance that you asked a site inaccessible because of weather we will do our best to find another option for you.

Ocean Gravity Bali Dive School will attempt to stick to the agenda, yet claim all authority to change the schedule or cancel the excursion. Our instructors / dive guide decide about the dive sites and/or cancellation of the trips. All our decision are taken regarding yours and our own safety.

Persyaratan Umum


  • We depart every day at 7:00am for all our day trips.
  • We requests that you bring your certification card and up to date logbook with you. In the event that you have lost your certification card, please contact your certifying agency to ask for a replacement.
  • On any scuba diving/snorkeling trip with us, each participant is responsible for all equipment supplied by our center. Any damage or loss will be charged for. A receipt for the repair / purchase of the new item(s) will be provided upon request.
  • We recommend to wait 12h after 1 dive and 18h+ for multiple dive before taking a commercial flight.
  • Our price listed in USD will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah using XE exchange rate on the day of trip.

Cancelation Policy

Certification Courses


  • When you enroll in diving course, you do not buy a license but you are paying for a training. All student must meet requirement and it is conceivable to fail, which will not qualify you for a refund.
  • If you decide to drop your certification course after it has started, we will not reimburse the fee already paid.
  • Your instructor is the only able to deliver your license, regarding how you demonstrate the skills, how comfortable you are in the water, and the result on your written test
  • In the event that you are not following your instructor ‘direction, or can’t effectively meet PADI’S requirement, you may not get your license. If you are not agree with your educator’ assessment you can ask for a reevaluation by another Instructor. All students who do not obtain their license may request a written reason.
  • In case you require additional preparation (over one day) to fill the requirement, we claim all authority to charge you for these extra days.

Insurance


We recommend that if you intend to go scuba diving, you make sure you have an insurance policy that covers this activity. There are several insurance companies to choose from. We recommend Divers Alert Network (DAN) a non-profit group run by scuba divers, for scuba divers. They are tried and tested, and very reasonably.
